Welcome
SkidWik is a new Skidmore space that, like any good wiki, facilitates the collaborative creation and updating of content. Exactly what kind of content SkidWik offers depends in large part on what kind of content you, the reader, wish to share.
SkidWik also aspires to help you navigate the furthest reaches of the online world inhabited by Skidmore students, alumni, parents, faculty and staff. Call it an expanding guide to blogs, online communities, Web sites, photos and videos that all bear the common tag 'Skidmore'.
If you have a link to share, you'll probably find an appropriate page somewhere in SkidWik to post it. If you don't, drop us a note at info@skidmore.edu. (Please put 'SkidWik' in the subject line.)
Scope Quarterly Projects
We have in the works two themed issues of Scope Quarterly to which we invite the Skidmore community to contribute. One is focuses on Skidmore in its relations with the local Saratoga and regional Capital District communities. The other focuses on Skidmore's mission in global citizenship. We seek story ideas for both print issues and for supplemental perspectives we'll provide on the Web. If you have compelling leads, thoughts or references on people, programs, trends, events, or resources fitting with either theme, we thank you for sharing them on the SkidWik pages on which we'll be developing these issues:
Blogs
